- Maldives Super Transfer Service Pvt Ltd (MSTS) is seeking an enthusiastic team player for the position of Watersports Assistant. The role is based in Male, Maldives, and offers a salary ranging from $450 to $500 depending on experience and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in watersports activities and services.
- Upsell watersports activities and packages.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work in an outdoor environment.
- Maintain physical fitness for extended outdoor work.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Motorboat driving License.
- Experience as a Watersports Assistant in a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is $450/- to $500/- based on experience & licenses.
