Stock Controller

Job Overview:
- The company is seeking a full-time Stock Controller to manage inventory codes and maintain accurate records. The role involves working alongside the Inventory and Purchasing teams. Salary is competitive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and assign unique goods codes (SKUs)
- Maintain the master item list: description, category, price and bin location for all new items
- Update the system with new codes, barcodes and product specifications
- Ensure no duplicate codes and proper categorisation
- Coordinate with Purchasing for new product details
- Support stock counting and reconciliation
- Generate barcode labels and ensure scanning accuracy
- Work with the Inventory Manager and Assistant Inventory Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
- O'Level / A'Level; inventory certificate is a plus
- Stock control or warehouse experience preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems, SKUs and barcodes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Organised, a team player who meets deadlines
