Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and managing site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site activities and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors
- Prepare and review project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and report on project status
- Resolve any arising issues or conflicts on-site
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
Salary:
- Basic: USD 700
- Food Allowance: USD 330
- Total Salary Equivalent: USD 1,030.00 (paid in MVR)
