The company was formed in late 2004 with the objective of providing total solutions for water and sewerage related services. Since the formation, the company has expanded to provide other services including transport in 2005, civil construction in 2006 and rental service in 2014. In addition, Shanghai Zhongai International Trading Co. Ltd had issued official distribution agent for Zhongai pipes and fittings to Altec Maldives Pvt. Ltd. We have had the opportunity to work with many international clients, including United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF); United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS); CSPM South (Malaysia); M A Al-Karafi & Sons (Kuwait); Star Construction & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Sri Lanka); and Engineering Consultant Limited (Sri Lanka). Some of our local clients include former Ministry of Environment, Energy and Water; Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC); Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc. (Dhiraagu); Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC): Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc. (MTCC): Upper North Utilities Limited and Fenaka Corporation Limited.
