Job Title: Senior HR Administrator
Department: Human Resources / Villa Eden Project
Location: Villa Eden Project Site
Job Purpose
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing effective HR and administrative support at the Villa Eden construction project site. The role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working in a construction site environment, managing day-to-day administration, employee records and coordination, while supporting loss prevention and maintaining proper controls across the site.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the project site.
-Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, overtime and other HR documentation.
-Coordinate employee onboarding, mobilization, transfers, accommodation and other site-related requirements.
-Support the Project Management and HR teams with employee-related matters and documentation.
-Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly administrative and HR reports.
-Monitor site attendance and manpower movements and report discrepancies or concerns.
-Coordinate with supervisors and department heads regarding employee issues, attendance and site requirements.
-Ensure proper filing and control of HR, employee and project-related documents.
-Support employee welfare and address day-to-day employee concerns at the site.
-Monitor and report unauthorized movement of materials, equipment, tools and other company assets.
-Support loss prevention activities and ensure proper controls are followed for materials, equipment and company property.
-Conduct regular site checks and identify potential risks, losses, damages or unauthorized activities.
-Maintain records of issued tools, equipment and other company assets where required.
-Coordinate with Security, Stores, Procurement and Project teams on loss prevention and asset control matters.
-Report incidents, discrepancies, damages, missing items and other irregularities to the relevant management.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and site rules.
-Perform any other HR, administrative or site-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
-Previous experience in HR administration, site administration or a similar role, preferably in a construction or project environment.
-Strong administrative and organizational skills.
-Good knowledge of MS Office and general HR documentation.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
-Comfortable working in a field-based construction site environment.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to identify discrepancies, risks and potential losses and take appropriate action.
-Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
-High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
-Experience in loss prevention, asset control or security coordination will be an advantage.
