Senior Architect (Local)

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join our company as a Senior Architect. The position is based in Male', Maldives, with 1 vacancy available. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Design Department to ensure successful delivery of architectural projects.
- Oversee development of concepts, design strategies, and creative solutions.
- Direct preparation of designs, presentations, and reports.
- Review and guide work of architects and junior staff.
- Develop two-dimensional and three-dimensional design proposals.
- Manage coordination of architectural drawings and documentation.
- Ensure integration with other technical disciplines.
- Oversee interior design and material selection.
- Ensure delivery of projects meets quality and client expectations.
- Review and approve design deliverables prior to submission.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Provide technical leadership on design standards and best practices.
- Support implementation of digital design tools and technologies.
- Establish quality assurance procedures and review processes.
- Identify new design opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Development on project submissions.
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews.
- Assist in recruitment and performance development of design staff.
- Foster a high-performance working environment.
- Monitor departmental performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software programs.
- Experience with Revit is an added advantage.
