Junior Executive – Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an existing customer base through regular sales calls and communication.
- Prepare and submit rate proposals for corporate customers.
- Respond to customer queries promptly to provide solutions and rate requests.
- Maintain & update rate structures and customer information accurately.
- Assist in invoicing and resolving invoice issues timely.
- Follow up on assigned debtors regularly & in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCE O/L with passes in Mathematics & English.
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
