Foreman (Construction Foreman)

Job Title: Foreman (Construction Foreman)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and attend project meetings to discuss progress and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Train and mentor site personnel to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.

Salary and Benefits:
- Total Salary: USD 750 (Paid in MVR, inclusive of Basic & Allowances, including food allowance).
- Overtime pay applicable for additional hours worked.
