Finishing Carpenter

Job Overview:
- The Finishing Carpenter is responsible for carrying out finishing carpentry and joinery works on PAQ Construction’s projects to the required quality standard. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finishing carpentry. Work location: Not stated. Openings: Not stated. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install doors, frames, cabinets, panelling, skirting, trims and other finishing joinery items.
- Read drawings and accurately measure, cut and fit materials to the required dimensions.
- Fix hinges, locks, handles and other fittings, and sand and prepare surfaces for a clean finish.
- Check completed works and rectify any defects identified before handover.
- Follow HSE requirements, use PPE, and keep tools and the work area safe and tidy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Trade knowledge and minimum 3 years of experience in finishing carpentry or joinery.
