Credit Control Officer Grade 1

About the Role
Join our Credit Control team and take the next step in developing your expertise in customer relations, credit management, and debt recovery. You'll manage customer accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve outstanding debts, and play a key role in achieving the team's collection targets.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, or GCE A' Level with at least 2 passes.
- Previous experience in credit control, debt recovery, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work towards targets.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Review and maintain customer and guarantor payment records.
- Implement debt recovery strategies and payment follow-ups.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for motorcycle repossessions.
- Coordinate court-related payment matters with relevant departments.
- Monitor collection progress and support monthly recovery targets.
