Zipline Operation Assistant

Job Overview:
- We’re looking for Zipline Operation Assistants to support the safe and smooth running of the Maldives’ first island-to-island zipline.
- Osvana Group operates this zipline and is growing its offerings to provide unique guest experiences.
- Location: Maldives. Openings: 4 Positions (3 Female, 1 Male). Salary: Competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with harnessing, equipment fitting and launch procedures.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Support daily equipment checks, maintenance and record-keeping.
- Deliver a fun, reassuring experience for guests of all ages.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
- Safety-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- No zipline experience required – full training will be provided.
- Flexible and willing to support other departments as part of our multi-skilled team.
