Job Overview:
- Maldives Super Transfer Service Pvt Ltd (MSTS) is seeking enthusiastic team players for the position of Watersports Instructor. This role is located in Male', Maldives and there are 2 openings. Salary ranges from $650 to $700 based on experience and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct parasailing operations as a captain.
- Upsell watersports activities and packages.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Motorboat driving License.
- Proven experience in Parasailing Operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Physically fit.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is $650/- to $700/- based on experience & licenses.
- Monthly shared service charge.
- Training and excellent career growth opportunities.
- 30 days paid Annual leave.
