WATERSPORTS INSTRUCTOR

Job Overview:
- We are looking for enthusiastic team players with great attitude for the position of Watersports Instructor. The role is based in the Maldives with 2 openings available. Salary ranges from $650 to $700 based on experience and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct parasailing operations as a Captain.
- Upsell watersports activities and packages.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Maintain a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Motorboat driving License.
- Proven experience in Parasailing Operations in a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guests-oriented environment.
