Job Overview:
- Maldives Super Transfer Service Pvt Ltd (MSTS) is looking for 2 enthusiastic Watersports Instructors. The role requires individuals with a great attitude and physical fitness for outdoor work. Salary is between $600/- and $700/- based on experience and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and oversee water sports activities
- Drive motorboats safely
- Upsell watersports packages
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work in fast-paced environments
Qualifications & Experience:
- Instructor License in Water Sports activities
- Valid Motorboat driving License
- Proven experience in a resort or hospitality environment
- Strong sales-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is $600/- to $700/- based on experience & licenses.
- Monthly shared service charge
- Training and excellent career growth opportunities
- 30 days paid Annual leave
