Job Overview:
- Maldives Super Transfer Service Pvt Ltd (MSTS) is looking for an enthusiastic team player for the position of Watersports Assistant. The role is located in Male’, Republic of Maldives, and offers a salary range of $450 to $500 based on experience and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with watersports activities and packages.
- Upsell watersports offerings to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Motorboat driving License.
- Proven experience as a Watersports Assistant, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range is $450/- to $500/- based on experience & licenses.
- Monthly shared service charge.
- Training and excellent career growth opportunities.
- 30 days paid Annual leave.
