Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking a highly motivated Water Sports Instructor to join their team in the Maldives. Candidates should be reliable, passionate about teaching, and committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Salary: Competitive salary package. Openings: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and conduct Catamaran, windsurfing, wakeboarding, fun rides, and waterskiing.
- Guide snorkeling trips and operate jet skis and parasailing.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of water sports experience.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Physical fitness is necessary.
- Experience with jet skiing, guiding snorkeling trips, and parasailing is a plus.
