Urban Planner (Local)

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join our company as an Urban Planner (Local) in Male', Maldives. There is 1 vacancy available. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of land use plans in accordance with planning guidelines and project requirements.
- Support the development of spatial planning outputs, including maps, layouts, and related technical drawings.
- Participate in and assist with conducting consultation meetings in islands, ensuring stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.
- Document and compile inputs from consultations to support informed planning decisions and final plan preparation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or Architecture.
- Experience in AutoCAD and GIS platforms will be an added advantage.
