Job Title: Technician cum Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable cleaning chemicals and hygiene products.
2. Provide basic technical information, product usage instructions and safety guidelines.
3. Handle daily sales activities, customer orders and quotations.
4. Prepare invoices, sales records and other required documentation.
5. Assist with stock monitoring, product arrangement and inventory management.
6. Support product demonstrations and explain the correct use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
7. Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
8. Ensure the shop and product display area are clean and organised.
9. Assist with other sales and operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales, chemical products or customer service is an advantage.
2. Basic computer knowledge and communication skills.
3. Willingness to learn about cleaning chemicals, hygiene products and their applications.
4. Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
5. Responsible, hardworking, honest and punctual.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
