VACANCY – TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced, technically skilled, and hands-on Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily technical operations, maintenance, and repair activities across our properties and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily technical maintenance and repair activities.
Carry out and oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and general technical maintenance works.
Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
Diagnose technical faults, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely repairs.
Attend to maintenance requests and ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
Supervise technical team members and coordinate daily work assignments.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers when required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and materials used.
Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and technical standards.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and technical issues.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant technical maintenance experience, preferably within hotels, hospitality, or property management.
Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field will be an advantage.
Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance.
Previous experience in a technical supervisory role will be an advantage.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
Flexible and willing to respond to urgent technical and maintenance requirements.
