SPEEDBOAT / DHONI CAPTAIN

Job Overview:
- Maldives Super Transfer Service Pvt Ltd (MSTS) is seeking enthusiastic team players for the position of Speedboat / Dhoni Captain. The company is located in Male’, Republic of Maldives. Salary is competitive based on experience and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Valid Boat License required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Dhoni/Boat Captain.
- Knowledge of navigation, local sea routes, tides, and weather conditions.
- Skilled in docking and handling different types of boats safely.
- Conduct safety checks and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide crew members.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Must be physically fit, responsible, and safety-oriented.
- Customer service mindset and ability to interact politely with guests.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Boat License.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Dhoni/Boat Captain.
- Knowledge of navigation, local sea routes, tides, and weather conditions.
- Skills in docking and boating.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Physically fit and responsible.
