SPEED BOAT CAPTAIN

Job Overview:
- Cristallo Private Limited is seeking a Speed Boat Captain for full-time employment in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have experience operating speedboats and will be responsible for the safe transportation of personnel and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate speedboats safely and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate trips according to operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-departure and post-trip inspections
- Monitor fuel levels and engine performance
- Carry out routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensure availability of safety equipment
- Maintain accurate vessel logbooks and trip records
- Coordinate with project teams and relevant parties
- Ensure vessel is secured and maintained when not in operation

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Motor Boat licence
- Valid Niyami certificate/licence
- Previous experience operating speedboats in Maldivian waters
- Knowledge of navigation and maritime safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of vessel engines and maintenance
- Ability to assess weather and sea conditions
- Responsible and disciplined work ethic
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Good communication skills
