WE ARE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISORS

TA Construction and Trading Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced and responsible Site Supervisors to join our construction team.

Position: Site Supervisor
Salary: MVR 18,000 per month
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction activities at site
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and instructions
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and daily progress
• Maintain proper site safety and housekeeping
• Report daily progress and site issues to management
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Management
• Ensure materials and manpower are used efficiently

Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction works
• Good knowledge of general civil and construction works
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage workers and site activities independently
• Willingness to work at project sites as required
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure

Salary: MVR 18,000/- per month
