Salary Range
16000 - 18000

Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and construction requirements.

• Coordinate with the Civil Engineer regarding discrepancies, clashes and technical issues.

• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, suppliers and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor construction progress and report delays, outstanding works and site issues.

• Check setting-out, dimensions, levels, reinforcement, formwork and other construction works.

• Verify completed works against approved drawings before proceeding to subsequent activities.

• Conduct site inspections and raise inspection requests as required.

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant parties.

• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials and follow up on defects and corrective actions.

• Take measurements and maintain accurate site records and documentation.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and provide regular updates to the Civil Engineer.

• Coordinate manpower, equipment and material requirements for ongoing and upcoming works.

• Check delivered materials against approved materials and specifications.

• Monitor material usage, wastage and proper storage on site.

• Identify and report technical, quality and safety issues promptly.

• Ensure safe working practices are maintained throughout construction activities.

• Maintain effective communication and proper documentation throughout the project.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
Experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Superb project management skills.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
