• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Monitor daily work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site records, including manpower, materials, work progress, and site activities.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the project team in achieving project targets and deadlines.
