SHOP FLOOR MANAGER

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Shop Floor Manager, Male to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in a related field, with relevant work experience in sales. The position is based in Male’, Republic of Maldives. Salary is negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop effective marketing techniques to promote products and services.
- Reach out to customers to promote products and services.
- Maintain a proper customer registry to identify buying behavior.
- Manage sales of the shop or department under supervision.
- Manage staff-related issues.
- Ensure shop products are displayed attractively.
- Ensure daily, monthly, and annual sales targets are met.
- Plan for improving and expanding sales for efficiency and profit.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for reordering items.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in a related field and 3 years of work experience in sales or related field.
- OR Diploma in a related field and 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Professional ethics and integrity.
- Pleasant personality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
