Senior Officer - Issuer Relations and Market Engagement

Job Overview:
- Maldives Stock Exchange (MSE) and Maldives Securities Depository (MSD) are seeking a driven individual for the role of Senior Officer - Issuer Relations and Market Engagement in Malé. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary that is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach and build a pipeline of prospective issuers for the Main Market, debt securities and private issuances.
- Assist prospective issuers through the early stages of the listing process.
- Provide ongoing support to existing issuers and listed companies.
- Support the Business Development team in identifying new revenue streams.
- Support the design and launch of new market products.
- Develop commercial and marketing strategies for AGM and registrar services.
- Review pricing and service packages for improvements.
- Build and maintain partnerships with global and regional exchanges.
- Coordinate MoUs and partnership agreements.
- Manage communications with regulators and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance visibility of the Exchange.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status and business growth targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
- Two years of work experience in a related field.
- Strong background in marketing and public relations.
- Commercial awareness of capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in event management and client relations.
- Familiarity with business development processes.
