Senior Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of strong visual concepts across campaigns, branding, events, publications, and digital content.

The role requires someone who can translate creative briefs into compelling designs, establish visual direction, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high quality work across both print and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, account teams, and the Creative Director while also guiding junior designers when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop original creative concepts based on client briefs and campaign objectives
Lead the visual direction of branding, advertising, social media, event, and publication projects
Create high quality designs and layouts for print and digital platforms
Collaborate with copywriters, account teams, and the Creative Director to produce final designs
Review and refine creative work to ensure strong execution and brand consistency
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Prepare accurate, production ready artwork for print and digital use
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, technically correct, and on brand
Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and creative practices

REQUIREMENTS
4 years of professional graphic design experience is preferred
A portfolio demonstrating work across branding, campaigns, print, and digital media
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual storytelling
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop ideas from initial brief to final execution
Experience managing multiple projects and working within tight deadlines
Ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Excellent attention to detail and a consistent standard of execution
Knowledge of print production and digital design specifications
Experience in motion graphics and animation is an advantage
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is an advantage
