Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist
Reports To: Performance Management Marketing Consultant and Founder
Supervises: Marketing Executive / Marketing Content Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: MVR 22,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Full Day), Saturday (Half Day)
Attendance on Fridays may be required for events, activations, and business requirements.
Position Purpose
The Senior Creative Strategist & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the marketing department, supervising team members, developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff.
• Carry out yearly performance reviews of junior marketing and business developer staff.
• Review creative work and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage the daily workflow and operations of the marketing department.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
• Develop and maintain the annual marketing and events calendar.
• Plan and oversee campaigns, promotions, and activations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Prepare weekly updates for management.
• Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives that support student recruitment and enrolment objectives.
• Develop and maintain the annual student recruitment and academic intake marketing calendar in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with student intake periods and institutional enrolment targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize lead generation and student conversions.
• Submit monthly reports covering performance, progress, and expenses.
• Strong understanding of higher education marketing and the student recruitment journey.
• Knowledge of how to form academic calendars, student enrolment cycles, and admissions marketing.

Probation Period
