Job Overview:
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR BARISTA TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, bakery and confectionery products.
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Upselling to support sales & product recommendations for customers.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and waste control.
- Support daily opening, closing, and smooth outlet operations.
- Work closely with the team to create an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years work experience in related or similar field is an added advantage.
- Understanding knowledge of customer experience, customer service.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is negotiable dependent on experience & qualifications.
