Job Overview:
- MedLab Diagnostics is looking for a Sample Collection Officer. The position requires individuals who can effectively identify patients and utilize sample collection methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patients and use sample collection methods correctly.
- Collect different types of samples.
- Ensure proper patient identification and labeling methods.
- Connect with various types of patients and ensure their comfort.
- Work independently and self-motivated.
- Maintain excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Be flexible with shift duties and holidays.
- Travel alone or with a team for sample collection.
- Contribute to team spirit and morale in the department.
- Multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in sample collection is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
