Sales Representative (Male)

Job Overview:
- The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers in the Maldives. They will promote the company's confectionery products and ensure customer satisfaction. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospective wholesale customers to promote the company's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, resorts, hotels, restaurants, and other business customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in accordance with company credit policies.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate product shortages or delivery delays to customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and trade events as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, FMCG, food distribution, or consumer goods.
- Valid Driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
