Job Overview:
- Araaby Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Representative to visit wholesale and retail shops, sell products, and maintain customer relationships. The role is based in an unspecified location with openings for candidates experienced in field sales within the FMCG & Cosmetics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit wholesale and retail shops according to a planned route and schedule.
- Sell the company's products to existing and new customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor stock availability at customer locations and recommend replenishment.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Collect payments from customers, where required, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, promotions, and pricing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed GCE Ordinary Level.
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG & COSMETICS.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills in Dhivehi/English language.
- Should have a valid motor bike driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
- A competitive salary plus sales commission will be offered based on education, experience & performance.
