Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description:
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities and client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, content, and advertising in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Track and report on sales performance, campaign results, and key marketing metrics.
- Promote and sell allied insurance products (e.g., motor, fire, travel, and general insurance) to new and existing
clients.
- Assist clients with insurance policy applications, renewals, and required documentation.
- Liaise with insurance company representatives/underwriters on policy quotations, terms, and claims processing
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies sold, renewals due, and client details
