LITUS Maldives is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, expand our corporate client base and strengthen our position in the logistics industry.
Established in 2012, LITUS Maldives provides end-to-end logistics solutions, including freight forwarding,
customs brokerage, project cargo handling, inter-atoll transportation, resort logistics and vessel fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
🔹Generate new business from resorts, importers, contractors, developers and other corporate clients
🔹Build strong relationships with clients, partners and overseas freight agents
🔹Promote the company’s complete range of logistics and transportation services
🔹Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements
🔹Lead client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations
🔹Manage the sales pipeline and increase repeat business
🔹Lead the sales and marketing team, campaigns and performance reporting
Requirements:
🔹Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing or business development
🔹Previous experience in a managerial or team-leadership role
🔹Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, construction or project-based services will be an
advantage
🔹Strong understanding of the Maldivian corporate and hospitality markets
🔹Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
🔹Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve demanding targets
🔹Proficiency in English; Dhivehi will be an advantage
🔹A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach
What We Offer:
