Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary Range
10000 - 15000
Responsibilities
Achieve assigned retail and wholesale sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and wholesale clients.
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
Manage social media platforms and promotional content.
Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, SMS, and digital ads.
Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Inventory teams on promotions and product availability.
Support supplier promotions, events, product launches, and customer loyalty campaigns.
Track sales and marketing performance and report to management.
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, retail, or FMCG preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Creative with good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Basic Canva/Photoshop skills is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
