Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Promote residential, commercial properties, developments, construction projects, and company services.
Handle client inquiries, property information, follow-ups, and sales support.
Support sales targets through effective marketing and lead generation activities.
Prepare brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and project profiles.
Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, competitors, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM system.
Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports for management.
Coordinate property exhibitions, launches, open houses, and promotional events.
Coordinate exhibition booths, displays, banners, and other marketing materials.
Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, vendors, and business partners.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Coordination or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field, or HND in a relevant discipline.
Experience in property sales, real estate, or construction is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Strong customer service, organizational, and follow-up skills.
