Sales Executive x 01 - Smart Supplies Resortware Showroom

Qualifications & Requirements:

- O‘Level Standard and above
- Two years of Experience in similar fields would be an advantage
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word - Intermediate or Advanced Level)
- Ability to use new software.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
- Experienced with Odoo ERP (Added Advantage)

Responsibilities:-

- Daily sales quotations, handle PO from clients and update in Sales software on a daily basis
- Use of MS Outlook to communicate with clients and vendors
- Generate Invoice for daily sales, and email to clients
- Deliver sales targets in line with or ahead of targets, ensuring that sales are delivered or exceeded through a combination of own and pre-sale delivery.
- Complete business processes on time and in full, ensuring the accuracy of information and data.
- Should maintain a pleasant presentation consistently while having strong composure and perseverance to adjust to challenging situations.
