Job Overview:
- TTS Group is seeking a Sales Executive to achieve annual sales targets and manage client relationships in the shipping sector. This role is critical for ensuring timely debtor recoveries and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets through commercial activities.
- Ensure timely debtor recoveries and follow-ups.
- Obtain competitive quotations for jobs/tenders.
- Manage client/agent relationships and oversee end-to-end shipments.
- Secure new business and ensure client retention.
- Submit cost sheets promptly for pre-alerts sent to consignees.
- Identify and pitch volume business opportunities (FOB sales, minor accounts) to support delivery order income.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent educational qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Liner/Freight Forwarding, Courier, Air/Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), and consolidation.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Task-driven team player with adaptability to market changes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
