Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role will focus on preparing accurate, competitive, and timely proposals while supporting the sales process to help maximize conversion rates and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare customized resort quotations based on client requirements.
Send quotations within established turnaround times and ensure professional arrangement.
Conduct systematic follow-up with customers and direct inquiries to convert leads.
Track quotation status, maintain records, and generate periodic performance reports.
Support the sales team with contract preparation and documentation as needed.
Assist in refining pricing strategies and identifying trends in lost or converted business.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or sales support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
