Sales Champion

Responsibilities:
• Sell Dhiraagu Pay products and services.
• Proactively engage with potential merchants and customers, guiding them
through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition onto the
Dhiraagu Pay platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, customers, and
agents to foster loyalty and ensure ongoing satisfaction with Dhiraagu Pay
services through a combination of telephone and in-person calls to obtain
appointments (where necessary).
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues.
