Sales Associate cum Cashier (Local)

Job Overview:
- Cosmo is seeking a Sales Associate cum Cashier (Local) to positively represent the store and handle customer inquiries.
- This role is located at Cosmo Store at Male'.
- The salary offered ranges from MVR 8,000 to 10,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portray a positive representation of Cosmo.
- Respond to customers with a positive attitude and manage complaints.
- Handle customer calls and inquiries online (Social Media, Emails & Calls).
- Build product knowledge to assist customers with the store Catalogue and product details.
- Coordinate with the go down Supervisor/Storekeeper for item dispatch.
- Price tag, replenish stock, and display merchandise as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform cashier duties, balancing the cash register and daily sales.
- Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Showroom Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:
- O’ – A’ Level standard or Diploma in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Dhivehi.
- Familiar with basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and be reliable and organized.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: MVR 8,000 - 10,000.
