SALES ASSOCIATE

Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Sales Associate to join our team at Kleventi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide attentive, professional service.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Handle sales transactions, payments, and order processing accurately.
- Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure products are carefully packaged according to Kleventi's standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support store promotions, campaigns, and daily operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
