Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for confident, friendly, and customer focused Sales Associates to join our fragrance boutique. The role involves assisting customers, recommending suitable fragrances, maintaining the store, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
3. Explain fragrance notes, products, prices, and available options.
4. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
5. Process sales and assist customers throughout their purchase.
6. Maintain attractive and organised product displays.
7. Keep the sales area clean and presentable.
8. Monitor products and inform management about low or out of stock items.
9. Assist with receiving, arranging, and checking stock.
9. Work towards assigned sales targets.
10. Support promotions and other store activities.
11. Perform other sales related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Maldivian female.
2. Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer service focused with a positive attitude.
5. Interest in perfumes, fragrances, and beauty products.
6. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
7. Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
