Sales Assistant

Job Overview:
- We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. The position is for Maldivians at THEBAKERS PVT LTD located in Male’, Maldives. The salary is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum O level standard of education
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
