JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Sales & Marketing Executive

REPORTING LINE: Manager – Sales & Marketing

PURPOSE: To grow the company's insurance business by developing corporate and retail clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and promoting the company's products and brand through marketing and social media activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, small business and individual retail segments through networking, referrals and marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, and service existing accounts.

Understand client insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Prepare and present quotations, insurance proposals and coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable products.

Coordinate with the technical & underwriting team to obtain competitive quotations and for policy processing.

Process new business applications and ensure proper documentation.

Ensure timely renewal of policies and maintain client portfolios.

Respond to client inquiries, provide professional insurance advice, and assist with policy documentation and insurance-related queries.

Coordinate with the claims department to support clients during claim processes.

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and digital presence.

Create and publish engaging marketing content including posts, graphics and promotional materials, and maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities that support sales and brand awareness.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries when required, and prepare marketing and social media performance reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales activities and customer information.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental revenue and overall sales growth.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager – Sales & Marketing.
