Sales and Marketing Executive

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to join Open Sky Group.

We’re looking for someone who can build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives across our projects.

Requirements:
-1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
-Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
-Strong attention to detail and an understanding of customer-focused marketing.
-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
-Ability to work methodically, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
-Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is an advantage.
-Creative approach to campaigns and problem-solving.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach and lead generation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals and targets.
-Follow up on leads, enquiries and proposals to support conversion.
-Support the planning and execution of marketing and business development initiatives.
-Coordinate with internal creative, production and marketing teams on client requirements.
-Prepare and maintain accurate records of leads, client communication and sales progress.
-Attend client meetings and relevant industry events to develop business relationships.
-Monitor competitors and market trends to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
-Represent Open Sky Group professionally across all client interactions.
