Job Overview:
- Universal is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent. The position is located in Malé, Republic of Maldives with 1 opening. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to customers.
- Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated.
- Support Travel Agents and all customers with their general enquiries.
