The Role
We are looking for a Representative S2, Sales (Field) to manage a full sales route independently, serving shops, supermarkets and other wholesale and retail outlets and growing Naamko International's distribution. You will meet route targets, open new outlets and handle collections within the approved credit policy, recording all sales through Naamko Suites, our ERP system, and reporting to the Team Leader, Sales (Field). S2 is the experienced step of the role: you progress to S3 as you certify further skills.
 
Responsibilities
• Manage a full route of assigned outlets independently and meet route sales targets
• Take customer orders and record them accurately in Naamko Suites (Sales Module) on the day of the visit
• Identify and open new outlets within the assigned territory, and register them in Naamko Suites
• Collect payments from outlets in line with the approved credit policy and reconcile collections daily in Naamko Suites
• Agree orders and promotions within the approved price list and promotion terms
• Check stock levels, shelf display and pricing at each outlet, and act on gaps
• Refer non-standard discounts, credit or terms to the Team Leader, Sales (Field)
• Guide new Representatives S1 on route practice and Naamko Suites order procedures
• Submit daily visit, sales and collection reports through Naamko Suites, including competitor activity
 
Requirements
• A'Level or equivalent (minimum)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales or route sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods distribution
• Good spoken English
• Valid driving licence (motorcycle), or eligibility to obtain a Maldivian licence
• Proven record of meeting sales targets
• Experience handling cash or cheque collections
• Experience recording sales in an ERP system or mobile sales application
 
Preferred
• Field sales experience in the Maldives
• Dhivehi proficiency
• Established relationships with outlets in Greater Malé
• Experience opening new outlets or launching products
