Main Responsibilities:
🔹Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments
🔹Follow up on assigned customer lists and ensure timely recovery
Minimum Requirements:
🔹GCE O’ Level with minimum 3 passes OR MNQF Level 3 Certificate in a related field
🔹Prior experience in a related role will be an added advantage
🔹Fluent in spoken and written Dhivehi & English
🔹Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices
