Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Therapy Center!

Requirements:
1. Minimum A/L or Foundation or Diploma Certificate
2. At least 2 years of experience in a reception role - previous work at a clinic would be an added advantage
3. Good language skills in Dhivehi and English
4. Good with MS Applications, GSuite applications

Work Details:
1. Working days: Saturday - Thursday
2. Working hours: 8 hours shift duty; we are open from 09:00 - 21:00
3. Work location: Therapy Center, M. Jeymuge, Majeedhee Magu, Malé

4. Job description:
- Receive all incoming phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries by clients and/or forward them to the appropriate staff;
- Book, confirm, maintain and coordinate appointments for all health professionals;
- Receive payments and submit daily and monthly generated income reports to the manager.
